Our Foster-To-Adopt Program 🥰 has been a huge success in increasing adoptions and decreasing returns. All dogs and cats who are over 1 year of age and spayed/neutered are available for Foster-To-Adopt(FTA). We also do make some exceptions for pets under 1 year and over 5 months. The potential adopters get a chance to do a trial run to see if the pet matches what they are looking for. If it does not work out, no worries, bring the pet back to the Center. Pam and Gary Willis, already active foster parents, found their “Yes” in their 50s, after raising five bio kids,. The couple felt called to adopt seven siblings who had been in foster care for a year after losing their parents.
